Baadamyoon began as a family conversation. Why is the almond in a Mumbai supermarket different from the one growing in our neighbour’s orchard? The answer, we found, wasn’t about ingredients — it was about middlemen, storage months, and a broken supply chain.
So we built an alternative. We work directly with farmers across Kashmir and Sikkim, buy in small batches, and ship at freshness peak. What you receive isn’t a mass commodity — it’s a season, packed by hand.
